| We ask that all who reserve our facility and their
guests agree to conduct themselves in an orderly manner and comply with
the guidelines established by Munson Bridge Winery. Our clients
must assume full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in
attendance and for any damage done to any part of our grounds and/or
property. Please note that Munson Bridge Winery can not HOLD dates for
prospective events. If you wish to guarantee a reserved date for
your event, you must book the date with a paid security deposit.
There is a minimum $400 Facilities charge for all weddings - No
Exceptions.
Munson Bridge Winery does not serve to anyone under 21.
Wine, Champagne and beverages will be dispensed by a licensed bartender at all
functions. It is our policy that everyone consuming alcoholic
beverages must be of legal age.
All beverages (wine, champagne, beer, soft drinks, water and coffee) must be
purchased from Munson Bridge Winery. There will be no beverage
carry-ins of any kind (including beverages in vehicles and buses).
Munson Bridge Winery will impose a $500 fine against your event/
security deposit and may ask offending individuals to leave the
premises. Munson Bridge Winery reserves the right to deny serving
alcoholic beverages to any and all guests.
A $50-$400 (depending on the size of the event) deposit is required
to reserve the facility. This is due in full upon booking.
Security deposit will be applied toward the final bill on the day of
your event.
If your event is canceled greater than six months prior to the date
of your event, you will receive a full refund. If your event is
canceled less than six months in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
All events must provide a credit card for incidentals and sign an
authorization form.
Final payment for additional fees, charges & beverages must be made
on the day of your event. Final bill is not negotiable.
All events are held rain or shine. No discounts or refunds will
be given due to inclement weather.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED at Munson Bridge Winery. Service
animals are permitted.
Smoking allowed in DESIGNATED OUTDOOR AREAS only. Please use
receptacles provided for your cigarette/cigar waste.
Munson Bridge Winery bar areas and all music must conclude by 12:00
(midnight).
Munson Bridge Winery is not responsible for unattended children.
Any damage incurred will be the sole responsibility of their parents or
legal guardians.
Munson Bridge Winery reserves the right to inspect and control all
private parties.
Munson Bridge Winery reserves the right to assess charges for damages
due to the misuse or abuse of equipment and or facility during the
course of an event. No one is allowed to attach any kind of
adhesives, nails or pins to walls or winery furnishing without prior
approval. All decorations and personal belongings must be removed
from the winery facility the day of or the day after the event.
Munson Bridge Winery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken
items, though we do try to take every precaution to prevent such
occurrences.
We allow the throwing of bird seed or REAL rose/flower petals during
wedding ceremonies. No loose silk flower petals, confetti or other
small, non-organic items may be thrown or used for the decorating of
outside or inside events unless secured onto table centerpieces or
floral arrangements.
Munson Bridge Winery is not responsible for any food items brought in
for your event. This includes and is not limited to lunch and
dinner items, desserts, cakes or hors d'oeuvres. Munson Bridge
Winery does not provide cooler or refrigerator space for your food
items.
Munson Bridge Winery guests must use a
wedding/event planner for your special day. Your wedding/event
planner should be at the event the entire rental period to handle the
special needs of the bridal party. Your wedding planner should
oversee the setup, take down and clean up of your event. Our staff is not
available for any setup or take down services.
Munson Bridge Winery is open each weekend during the season. We
will be open during regular business hours. If your event falls in
this time frame, we will provide well designated parking for your
guests. Private party signs will be posted for your reserved
areas.
One week prior to your event is the final confirmation of your
guests. A review of your requests is made at this time to ensure
all of your event details are understood.
There is no additional charge for the rehearsal evening. If you
desire to have the rehearsal dinner at the winery we will charge your
$50 per hour for facility usage.
Please inform us if you need a gift table or cake table. We do
not provide a person to cut the cake unless specifically asked for.
The cake knife and server set is provided. We will provide a small
decorated table for your guest book.
A $50 per hour janitorial fee will be charged if winery is in need of
clean-up due to refuse left behind.
